CRAWFORD ARDITH H (Daycare and Preschool)

Observation

One staff (Bailee Phillipps) and one Volunteer (who is in the ratio)(Exenia Bowen) were allowed to be unsupervised with the children during outdoor time when their background checks are expired. Household member Alan Crawford also has an expired background check. A Safety plan is in progress for this immediate risk violation. Licensor Robertson has discussed the necessity to maintain supervision of the children and other staff/volunteers at all times by either Mrs. Ardith Crawford and or Ms Lisa Crawford who do have current clearances. 9/10/2020 2:30 PM Safety plan is not yet returned.
